You will need
- - 500 g of granulated sugar
- - 250 g melted butter
- - 300 g flour
- - 300 g sour cream
- - 5 eggs
- - 2 tbsp. cocoa
- - 0.5 tsp. soda vinegar extinguished
First, take the eggs and whisk in the blender to form a white foam.
Add soda, sour cream, flour, butter and whisk everything with a mixer.
Then divide the dough into two equal parts. In one portion add 2 tbsp. cocoa. In another part 2 tbsp. flour. Mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps. The dough on the consistency should be similar to a thin sour cream.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Pour into the center one by one, 1.5 st.l. different test. And so continue to do until the end of the form.
Put the cake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
