A recent poll on All Things MSP revealed to me that many of you may not have set revenue goals for 2022. Please hear me when I say that you will rarely, if ever, reach a goal you don’t set. Revenue generates profit and in order to grow, you must have profit to pay for marketing and new technicians in advance of expanding business. It is paramount that you set a goal for the year and break it up into monthly and weekly goals to stay on track.
